401Gives – 2024

Ready to Make History? | 401Gives

Have you dreamed of making history? Of course, we all have. And now we have a chance to be a part of Rhode Island’s day of giving – an opportunity to unite our community around causes in which we truly believe and help nonprofit organizations connect to the larger community.

We need your help! Please join our campaign and help us reach our goal. We need you to tell your friends and family members about the important work we do and ask them to join us in helping to make a difference.

Get ready to give! On April 1st, make a donation to us and/or to any of the great participating nonprofit organizations in Rhode Island. All giving will end at 6:00PM on April 2, so make sure to get your gift in on time!

We need your help to make our campaign a success, and we’ve included a few easy ways that you can support us.

401Gives – 2023

Ready to Lend a Helping Hand? | 401Gives

401Gives is in it’s 4th year and we hope we can have your continued support!  This year is the Weekend Edition – an amazing opportunity to unite our community around causes in which we truly believe and help nonprofit organizations connect to the larger community.

Now there is a whole weekend to celebrate…it starts on March 31 at 6am and goes through Monday, April 3 until 6pm.  Plenty of time to make a gift and give back to the community that gives so much!

With your help, Community Boating continues to enrich the lives of deserving inner-city youth with extraordinary experiences that expand their hopes, dreams, and aspirations beyond the limitations of a concrete horizon or computer screen. While sailing each day at CBC, youth absorb lessons on land/sea breezes and how they impact the ability to sail, buoyancy/density, water quality testing, marine debris, and associated environmental education.

We need your help to make our campaign a success, and we’ve included a few easy ways that you can support us.

“We hope to inspire many people on this journey to lessen our collective impact on the environment by making small adjustments in our lives – because, with each day, we are racing together against time. This is the Ocean Hour.”
– Mark Towill, 11th Hour Racing Team

“The ocean connects us all, from giving us the very basic necessities for life to regulating the global climate, to providing an avenue for cultures to interact. We only thrive if our ocean thrives – this will be our guiding mantra at the forefront of our decision-making process.”
